The 2014 FIFA World Cup is here. Though the craze is undoubtedly sky high amongst people given the prominence that the event holds, it is natural for campaigners to come up with commercials to heighten the enthusiasm and obsession all the more.
The video shows an ad campaign by the Brazil supermodel, Adriana Lima who tries to convince people to switch to World Cup fever this summer with a Kia Sorento Optima. A brand ambassador for Kia Motors, the model upscales the oomph quotient of the automobile by gearing people to be up for FIFA 2014 with a Kia car. She urges and schools them to put down the football and instead be prepared for a month-long madness, cheer and optimism by taking up soccer. Most of the ad is targeted towards American viewers and their take on futball.
